The G5 LED Batten is a stylish linear luminaire which delivers unparalleled energy savings of up to 75%. Replaces standard 2ft, 4ft and 5ft length twin tube fluorescent tube lighting but draws just 20W to 50W respectively. ROYAL SURREY HOSPITAL SAVES UP TO 80% ENERGY
Royal Surrey Hospital, a leading general hospital near Guildford, has saved an incredible 80% in energy since installing energy-efficient Goodlight Eco LED Panels and T8 LED Tubes. The hospital’s existing lighting included fluorescent tubes which kept failing. These failing fluorescent tubes were not an option for the hospital whose operational hours are 24 hours a day. The hospital were looking for energy-efficient LED lighting that was retrofittable as they wanted to keep disruption to a minimum. Most signifciantly, the new LED lighting had to be reliable and after a successful trial period of Goodlight Eco LED Panels within the hospital’s operating theatres, Goodlight was specified and installed throughout the hospital.
