Goodlight™ LED Lighting 5 Year Extended Guarantee
LED Eco Lights warrants that the following products shall be free from defects for the authorised guarantee period. For the guarantee purposes, a product shall be deemed as defected if it either totally fails or partially fails.
The extended guarantee period for each product is 5 Years from the date of purchase, referenced as the first working day after delivery of goods has been made. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum period of guarantee for any product is 5 years from date of purchase. LED Eco Lights shall replace any of the faulty products that are found to be in breach of the above guarantee during the guarantee period. This guarantee covers the replacement or repair of our product, but not any associated costs of installation, maintenance, transport, delivery or any consequential loss.
Confirmation of your registration will be sent within 30 days of receipt of this form. In order for your product guarantee to be valid, you must complete the information requested, with proof of purchase (or invoice) and return to LED Eco Lights Ltd. If you have any questions or need any assistance regarding your guarantee, please contact our Customer Services Team.
To validate your 5 Year Guarantee, you must complete this form within 90 days of purchase. Alternatively, you can also complete and return a ‘Proof of Guarantee’ or ‘Certificate of Installation’ form to your LED Eco Lights representative within 90 days of purchase.
If you do not register your product(s) for the 5 Year Guarantee, your purchase(s) will revert to a standard 2 Year Guarantee.
5 Year Guarantee on LED Lamps and Luminaires (drivers included). Integrated Sensors supplied with a 2 Year Guarantee and all Emergency Battery packs/units and Clearance products are guaranteed for 1 Year period.

To register your product(s), this form will need to be filled out per product type, for example if you have purchased a Goodlight G5 Linear LED Luminaire (in any quantity on the same purchase date and purchased from either ourselves or from a Goodlight Approved Representative), this form will need to be filled in only once. If you have purchased two or more products, then separate forms will need to be filled out and submitted.
