We’re so confident in the quality and performance of our products that all our lamps and luminaires are supported by a 5 Year Guarantee** against failure. This is not simply a grand claim based on lab testing, it’s supported by all of the live Goodlight™ installations that have already exceeded 5 years.
*50,000 hours is equivalent to approximately:
20 years at 7 hours a day
11 years at 12 hours a day
5.7 years at 24 hours a day
**5 Year Guarantee on LED Lamps and Luminaires (drivers included). Integrated Sensors supplied with a 2 Year Guarantee and all Emergency Battery packs/units are guaranteed for 1 year period. You must register for a 5 Year Guarantee within 30 days of purchase, visit our Guarantee Registration page here. If you haven’t completed the Guarantee Registration form, your product(s) will revert to a standard 2 Year Guarantee.
