National Account Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a LED lighting professional to excel within our dynamic and fast-paced company.

You will be selling an extensive range of LED solutions to end users, specifiers and distributors. Our company’s offering and track record is second to none. Previous experience of selling a product within energy efficiency will be advantageous (existing LED experience is ideal!). However, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate previous success selling directly into projects directly via end user or through contractors, facilities management providers, architects and wholesalers.

The company offer a number of innovative funding solutions to both public and private sector, small or large scale so the opportunities to win new business are huge.


The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years demonstrable track record in Sales & developing new business
  • Experience of dealing with end user companies (see and corporates), M&E contractors & wholesalers
  • Any experience of selling energy products, particularly energy efficiency products into the commercial sector will be very beneficial
  • A passion and hunger for sales and able to work to targets

Marketing Assistant 

Fresh from receiving the ‘Highly Commended’ Award in November for ‘Marketing Initiative of the Year’, an exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning Marketing Team at LED Eco Lights. We are looking for a passionate, creative and dynamic individual to join our team as Marketing Assistant.

The successful candidate will be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload and have experience in traditional and digital marketing. A keen eye for design, the ability to build/develop webpages (HTML/CSS), strong experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, social media knowledge, good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Job Role:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Assistant will be involved and responsible for the following marketing activities:

  • Creation of marketing literature including flyers, catalogues and brochures, PowerPoint presentations, print and digital adverts/banners, infographics, customer surveys and e-shot campaigns
  • Creation of new web pages and updating existing web pages
  • Develop, write and implement a monthly Social Media calendar and maintain a strong social presence on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram and other platforms you identify
  • Maintaining the blog with the latest industry, company and product news
  • Google Analytics reporting
  • Creation and tracking of Google Adwords and Display Ads
  • SEO maintenance
  • Assisting with events and promotional activities
  • Post-production retouching of images (Photoshop)
  • Copy writing and proof reading
  • Producing weekly/monthly marketing reports, analysing findings and improving where necessary

Essential skills required:

  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords and Display Ads
  • Knowledge of Hootsuite and social media channels
  • Ability to write and read CSS/HTML
  • Experience in WordPress and Shopify (training can be given)

Internal Sales Executive

We are looking for a talented Internal Sales Executive that thrives in an exciting sales environment.

The role focuses on revenue growth by managing and following-up inbound calls and email enquiries. You must be able to handle a busy incoming enquiries environment, qualifying prospects, quoting customers and closing sales.


  • Gain a good understanding of customer needs and requirements
  • Manage inbound calls, emails and orders from existing customers
  • Generate new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
  • Follow up Sales leads and Opportunities passed by Sales team
  • Work to monthly and quarterly targets
  • Identify larger project opportunities to Sales Managers for further development and closure
  • Research organisations, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned sector
  • Record all Sales activities and maintain your Prospects, Leads, Opportunities and Pipeline on customer database (ACT!)


  • Proven internal sales experience
  • Track record of working to/meeting Sales targets
  • High level of phone proficiency and experience of managing many calls per day
  • Experience working with Act!, Salesforce or similar
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Good general education
